Updates to FOIA Backlogs and Processing Times data tool

We have made the following updates to the Agency FOIA Backlogs and Processing Times data tool:

• Data for DHS – U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services updated through June 2015
• Added a new agency, DHS – Customs and Border Protection
• Added a new agency, DoD – Air Force Headquarters
