Case DescriptionThe Center for Biological Diversity submitted a FOIA request to the EPA for records concerning the agency's proposed rule to revise the fuel-efficiency standards for vehicles. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request and asked CBD to clarify its request. CBD did so. After hearing nothing further from the agency, CBD filed suit.
