2019-07-1610ORDER - This case is before the court on the plaintiff's emergency motion [Doc. No. 9 ] for injunctive relief and to strike the defendant Internal Revenue Service's motion to dismiss. The plaintiff, who is the movant here, does not provide any justification to give expedited treatment to his motion. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the standard procedures, including the time for filing a response and a reply set forth in Local Rule 7.1, shall apply to the plaintiff's motion [Doc. No. 9 ]. Further, the plaintiff is still required to file a response to the defendant Internal Revenue Service's motion to dismiss [Doc. No. 8 ] within the time requirements set forth in the Local Rules.
