FOIA Project Annotation: Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has ruled that the FBI, the U.S. Marshals Service, the DEA, the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, and the Bureau of Prisons properly responded to prisoner Eugene Davis' request for records about himself. Since Davis had been investigated by the DEA, that agency found the most records--156 in total, releasing 60pages in part and 5 pages in full. However, since Davis had not filed an opposition to the government's motion for summery judgment, Kollar-Kotelly reviewed and approved the agencies' processing of Davis' request.
Issues: Exemption 7 - Law enforcement records
