However, after hearing nothing further from the agency, Cowan filed suit.

Instead of extending the deadline for the Agency's brief to November 15, 2021, the Court amends the briefing schedule as follows: The briefing schedule entered by the Court on July 15, 2021, is STAYED until October 29, 2021. On October 29, 2021, the parties shall submit a joint status report addressing whether additional disclosures have been made and proposing a revised briefing schedule.
