Plaintiff shall show cause on or before July 12, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file a return of service, indicating that the complaint has been properly served. Plaintiff filed the Complaint in this case on January 5, 2023, ECF No. 1, and the Clerk issued the Summons on January 17, 2023, ECF No. 7. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) provides, in relevant part, as follows: "If a defendant is not served within 90 days after the complaint is filed, the court--on motion or on its own after notice to the plaintiff--must dismiss the action without prejudice against that defendant or order that service be made within a specified time.
