Case DescriptionThe Electronic Privacy Information Center submitted two FOIA requests to the Federal Trade Commission for records concerning the participation of the law firm Jones Day in the FTC's investigation of Google and Doubleclick. The agency acknowledged receipt of the requests. After the agency failed to respond, EPIC filed an administrative appeal. After hearing nothing further from the agency, EPIC filed suit.
