Case DescriptionJournalist Jason Leopold submitted a FOIA request to the FBI for records concerning the agency's contacts with the news media and the entertainment industry pertaining to its portrayal in the media. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request and Leopold agreed to limit his request to those records found at the Office of Public Affairs. However, after hearing nothing further from the agency, Leopold filed suit.
