Case DescriptionKate Doyle, the National Security Archive, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, and the Knight First Amendment Institute submitted FOIA requests to the Secret Service for records concerning logs of visitors to the White House and Mar-a-Lago. After hearing nothing from the agency, the plaintiffs filed suit.
