2017-12-058ORDER: Plaintiff commenced this action against defendant on September 5, 2017. ECF No. 1. Under Rule 4(m), plaintiff was required to serve the summons and complaint on defendant by December 4, 2017. To date, plaintiff has failed to file proof that defendant has been served.
