Case DescriptionFerissa Talley submitted two FOIA requests to the Department of Labor for records concerning emails from DynCorp International employees Darin Powers and Robert Huber pertaining to a Defense Base Act complaint. Talley filed an administrative appeal of the denial, but after hearing nothing further from the agency, she filed suit.
