Case DescriptionRonald Park, an attorney representing the Parsons family whose family member died as a result of the mass shooting in Las Vegas, submitted a FOIA request to the FBI for records concerning the agency's analysis of the guns and ammunition used during the Las Vegas mass shooting. The agency acknowledged receipt of Park's request and divided the request into four separate requests. After hearing nothing further from the agency, Park filed suit.
