Case DescriptionNational Public Radio reporter Tim Mak submitted three FOIA requests to the Department of Health and Human Services for records concerning communications between various senior officials and a list of individuals pertaining to the corona virus pandemic. The agency acknowledged receipt of the requests but after hearing nothing further from the agency, Mak and NPR filed suit.
