The Court warned Plaintiff that a failure to do one of these two things could result in his case being dismissed for failure to prosecute. Because the April 25, 2023 deadline has passed, and in accordance with LCvR 83.23 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b), the Court hereby ORDERS that this case is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
