Both No. 21-CV-2510 and No. 21-CV-2603 pertain to the same FOIA request which plaintiff identifies as Request No. 21-00159-FOPA. This action, No. 21-CV-2603, is duplicative. It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis 2 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, and it is further ORDERED that the complaint and this civil action are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
