2014-09-1920ORDER: By Order 16 dated 9/8/2014, the Court denied plaintiff's 15 request to conduct discovery pending a decision by the Court on defendant's motion to dismiss. Nevertheless, plaintiff has served subpoenas on several non-parties, including on multiple employees of Amalgamated W arbasse Houses, Inc. (" Amalgamated"). Counsel for non-party Amalgamated now seeks to quash the subpoenas pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(d)(3). The 19 motion to quash is granted .
