| 2015-07-18 | | MINUTE ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: It appears from the record that the pro se Plaintiff in this action, who initiated this action on 03/18/2015, has yet to effectuate service on the Defendant even though the Clerk of the Court issued a summons on 03/18/2015. Plaintiffs in civil actions, who proceed pro se (e.g., without an attorney) have a responsibility to comply with this court's Local Civil Rules (http://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/dcd/local-rules), as well as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including Rule 4, which requires service upon each defendant within 120 days after filing the complaint.
