2017-10-3168MINUTE entry before the Honorable M. See Lee v. Orr, 13 C 8719 (N.D. Ill.). The Court does not see this issue as a conflict but informs the parties of it in case any party has a different view. See, e.g., Promega Corp. v. Applied Biosystems, No. 12-cv- 049-wmc, 2012 WL 12995793 (W.D. Wis. Dec. 4, 2012). For completeness of the record, the Court also notes that I spent approximately 15 years working for the U.S. Department of Justice in various positions prior to joining the bench.
