The same day, the Clerk mailed that Minute Order to Plaintiff. Although four months have since elapsed, Plaintiff has not responded to the Court's show cause order or made any additional filings. It is therefore ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). See Jones v. Horne , 634 F.3d 588, 603 (D.C.
