Plaintiff's deadline for responding is January 6, 2025. Without acknowledging that deadline, plaintiff now moves to stay the case "until further notice" because he was placed in segregation, and "all [his] material[s] necessary to submit a meritorious response were taken." Dkt. 35 . He provides no other details.
