Update to FOIA Backlogs and Processing Times data tool

We have made the following update to the Agency FOIA Backlogs and Processing Times data tool: Data for DoD – Army, DoD – Air Force Headquarters,DOI – Fish and Wildlife Service and DHS – U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services has been updated through June 2016.

We also added a new agency, DOJ – Civil Division, with data through June 2016.
