Plaintiff's December 8, 2023 letter, requesting an adjournment of the conference scheduled for December 15, 2023, Dkt. No. 77, is granted in part. The conference previously sched uled for December 15, 2023 is cancelled. The purpose of the December 15, 2023 conference had been to discuss the parties' filing at Dkt. No. 75, the "Stipulation and [Proposed] Order of Settlement and Dismissal." The Court scheduled th e conference to raise with the parties their failure to follow the Court's Individual Rules in connection with the filing of this document. To the extent that the parties wish to renew this application, a joint letter motion, supported by fact ual affidavits, must be filed no later than December 19, 2023.
