Carson v. U.S. Department of Justice, Case No. 3:10-cv-56, and Carson v. U.S. Office of Special Counsel, Case No. 3:10-cv-57, were the last of these cases to be filed. The Court has, through previous orders found these cases to be related, and assigned them to the same judges. The Court finds that this case, like the other cases, involves similar allegations of violations of the Freedom of Information Act and one or more of the same parties.
