Business General Counsel's Office will be permitted to review the Documents (in hard copy or electronic format) at the offices of the SEC, and to designate which of the Documents, if any, Fox Business would like to have produced. The Fox Attorneys may be assisted in this review by paralegals or assistants from Mintz & Gold LLP or the Fox Business General Counsel's Office, provided that a Fox Attorney actively supervises the paralegals or assistants at all times.
