2013-11-0842Order by Judge Anna J. Brown. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's Motion 26 for an In Camera Inspection of Documents, which is fully briefed, in order to determine whether the Motion can or should be resolved independently of Plaintiff's Motion 32 for Summary Judgment which is not yet fully briefed. Because Defendant argues in part that the requested in camera review may not be necessary depending on how the Court resolves the question whether Defendant has met its burden to establish various asserted exemptions, the Court concludes it will resolve the Motion for an In Camera Inspection at the same that it considers and resolves Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. Accordingly, the Court will take the Motion 26 for an In Camera Inspection under advisement again on 11/29/13, the date Plaintiff's Motion 32 for Summary Judgment is fully briefed.
