The Clerk of Court is further directed totransfer this action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. Plaintiffs request to proceed further without payment of fees was granted by this Court by order dated July 18, 2014. This order supersedes the provision of Rule 83.1 of the Local Rules for the Southern District of New York that requires a seven-day delay before theClerk of Court may effectuate the transfer of the case to the transferee court.
