The Court DENIES Defendants' motion as to the protectability of the Improper Redactions. Additionally, the Court DENIES AS MOOT Defendants' motion as to the protectability of the withheld material in Categories A and D. the Court GRANTS IN PART, DENIES IN PART, AND DENIES AS MOOT IN PART the reserved portions of Plaintiff's Combined Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Opposition to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. Doc. 38 . Specifically, the Court GRANTS the motion and ENTERS JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff as to the protectability, pursuant to FOIA Exemption 5, of the Improper Redactions. The Court DENIES AS MOOT the motion as to the protectability of the withheld material in Categories A and D. The Court DENIES the motion in all other respects. The Court DIRECTS Defendants to, within fourteen (14) days, produce to Plaintiff (1) the documents pertaining to Vaughn Index I. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to close the case.
