2023-07-05MINUTE ORDER dismissing this action without prejudice. In this FOIA action, Defendant notified the court on May 15, 2023, that it had completed its release of records to Plaintiff. See Status Report, ECF No. 20 . The court then directed Plaintiff to notify the court by June 15, 2023, whether he intended to challenge Defendant's search or production. See Minute Order, 05/16/2023. Plaintiff did not respond to the court's order. The court now gives Plaintiff one last opportunity to confirm that he wishes to continue litigating this matter. Unless Plaintiff notifies the court by July 29, 2023, that he objects to Defendant's search or production, the court will deem any objections waived and will dismiss this matter. See Clemente v. Fed.
