Case DescriptionThe Heritage Foundation submitted a FOIA request to the Department of Justice for records concerning protests outside Supreme Court justices residences. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request. EOUSA rejected the request because it was not specific enough. No other DOJ component responded. After hearing Nothing further from the agency, the Heritage Foundation filed suit.
