Case DescriptionConstitutional Law Center for Muslims in America submitted two FOIA requests to the Office of Director of National Intelligence for records concerning the National Counterterrorism Center participation in the development and implementation of a Transnational Organized Crime watchlist. The CLCMA also requested a fee waiver for both requests. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request but after hearing nothing further from the agency, CLCMA filed suit.
