Case DescriptionJournalist Jason Leopold submitted a FOIA request to the CIA for all volumes of the CIA internal newsletter published in 2016. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request and asked Leopold to identify the name of the publication. Leopold indicated he was seeking copies of "What's News." After hearing nothing further from the agency, Leopold filed suit.
