Case DescriptionThe Center for Food Safety submitted a FOIA request to the Centers for Disease Control for records concerning antifungal resistance as a result of use of fungicides registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. CFS also requested a fee waiver. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request. The agency asked CFS to narrow the scope of its request, which it did. However, after hearing nothing further from the agency, CFS filed suit.
