Case DescriptionThe Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians submitted a FOIA request to the Administration for Children and Families for records concerning the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians' three-year Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families plans and amendments from 2008-2013. The agency failed to acknowledge receipt of the request. After hearing nothing further from the agency, the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians filed suit.
