Case Description | The San Francisco International Arts Festival submitted a FOIA request to U.S. Coast Guard for records concerning email communications with USCG customer representative Ricardo Ricoma in April and May 2020 wherein SFIAF was relieved of a decade old debt it had with USCG. The agency acknowledged receipt of the request but after hearing nothing further from the agency, SFIAF filed suit.
