Finally, to the extent Plaintiff seeks to challenge his underlying conviction and sentence through a claim sounding in habeas corpus, the government's motion to dismiss such a claim is GRANTED. Habeas petitions must be brought against the warden of the inmate's facility, which here is located in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. This Court therefore lacks venue over any habeas claim.
