The Court strikes the emails and attachments but directs the Clerk& #039;s Office to maintain copies of these filings under seal. For his repeated violations of the Court's Orders, including but not limited to the Court's Orders prohibiting Plaintiff's counsel from emailing Chambers staff and Clerk&#0 39;s Office staff, the Court sanctions Plaintiff's counsel, Jack Jordan, in the amount of $500.00.
