Updates to FOIA Backlogs and Processing Times data tool

We have made the following updates to the Agency FOIA Backlogs and Processing Times data tool:

• Data for DHS – U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services updated through September 2015
• Data for DoD – Army updated through September 2015
