The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff and note service on the docket. SO ORDERED. In light of plaintiff's representation that the subject matter at issue in this case is "likely to cover the same, or closely-related, topics and events" as the subject matter at issue in the related case, Dkt. 4, the Court assumes that minimal discovery will be needed. Counsel are directed immediately to conf er on this point and to propose a case management plan no later than February 14, 2022, anticipating the completion of supplemental fact discovery within six weeks.
