- August 2, 2024: ORDER: Accordingly, Plaintiff shall submit his opposition to the Government's renewed motion for summary judgment by no later than August 30, 2024. Plaintiff, if he wishes, may rely on his previously-submitted brief (Dkt. No. 57) in oppositi on to the Government's motion and in support of his cross-motion for summary judgment. If Plaintiff elects to do so, he shall inform the Court of his decision by the August 30 deadline. Plaintiff is of course at liberty to submit a new opp osition brief in the alternative by that deadline.
