Case DescriptionJesse Trentadue submitted a FOIA request to the FBI for records concerning Roger Edwin Moore's, who is deceased, involvement in Operation Punchout. The FBI located 32,580 responsive pages. The FBI asked Trentadue to pay $985 in costs for the records. He agreed to pay the amount and asked the FBI to process the requests under its interim response policy. After hearing nothing further from the agency, Trentadue filed suit.
